ever feel alone?
Hi flower here,do you ever feel alone and like no one knows how you feel, well I get panicky a lot and i have a lot of fears I started having panic attacks just after my granddad died when I was seven. sometimes even the smallest things give me panic attacks like once when I was walking my dog I went to cross the road and so many cars came racing down I suddenly started panicking I didn’t know what to do I waited for ages but it got worse I was shaking I was scared they were all coming past so fast eventually they stopped coming past and I crossed but kept thinking I was going to get hit. The thing is things like this keep happening .l so once I was walking to my friends house and two girls about my age kept staring at me I felt really self conscious It made me feel isolated I thought I looked stupid and I thought something was wrong with me. If you ever feel self conscious tell me in the comments about how you feel.

I am a normal girl but I sometimes think are there people out there that understand how I feel when I cant talk to anyone else. I want who ever reads this to feel like I am there for them .
